LEADR NZ is run by our Executive Officer and Administrator, who work as an effective team across all our initiatives.

Executive Officer – Gabrielle O'Brien

Gabrielle O'Brien is the LEADR NZ Executive Officer.

Gabrielle has 20 years experience in Human Resource Management with a focus on change management and organisational development.  She has worked in NZ and in the United Kingdom in both the public and private sectors.

Gabrielle has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution gained through her experience as a Human Resources Manager, parent and School Trustee.

Administrator - Margaret Murphy

Margaret Murphy is the LEADR NZ Administrator.  She is a registered Legal Executive and has prior work experience as a Personal Assistant in a number of organisations including legal, broadcasting, banking and travel companies.
