NATIONAL ADR RESEARCH FORUM
16 - 17 July 2010 - Adelaide, Australia
NADRAC is convening its fourth National ADR Research Forum at Griffith University (Southbank Campus) in Brisbane from Friday 16 to Saturday 17 July 2010.
This Forum has two significant objectives:
- to provide an opportunity for dialogue about broader trends and issues in ADR research between researchers, practitioners, service provider organisations, courts and tribunals and policy developers from Federal and State and Territory Governments, and
- to provide experienced ADR researchers, and those who are new to the field, with an opportunity to present their research projects and to develop and extend their ideas.

CHALLENGES AND CHANGE
5 - 7 August 2010 - Christchurch, New Zealand
The Arbitrators and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) is holding its annual alternative dispute resolution conference jointly with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA) and features over 50 presenters from NZ, Australia, USA, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Malaysia including Hon. Chris Finalyson, NZ Attorney General and Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations, Hon. Michael Kirby AC CMG and Hon. Robert Fisher QC. There will be over 55 separate sessions with concurrent streams featuring mediation, construction adjudication, arbitration, expert determination and expert witnessing.

Conference includes 2.5 days of conferencing, Newbies Function (for anyone new to an AMINZ or IAMA Conference), the launch, Annual Dinner, Fellows' Breakfast (for AMINZ and IAMA Fellows) and meals at conference.
A Bledislow Cup rugby match is on in Christchurch the evening the conference finishes on Saturday 7 August. Thus it is recommended that accommodation and travel are booked now. |
