Great leaders have a range of constructive responses to effectively deal with conflict dependent on each situation.
This workshop will assist you to manage differences, disagreements and disputes so as to harness the power of conflict to create dynamic, innovative teams and organisations.

LEADR is pleased to offer the CINERGY™ conflict management coaching workshop. Conflict management coaching brings together coaching and alternative dispute resolution in a powerful process which supports people to reach their goals in the way they manage conflict.
The LEADR five-day Mediation Workshops introduce participants to the theory and practical skills of mediation through lectures, demonstrations and simulated mediations in which the participants practise the skills taught. On the final day, each participant is given individual feedback from a practising mediator.
NB: Number of participants per workshop are restricted - early booking recommended.
