| Cross-Cultural Competence in Alternative Dispute Resolution | | Print | |
|
There are many different cultural groups in New Zealand today. Cross-cultural competence is an essential skill in dispute resolution and conflict management. This workshop offers advice, strategies and skills in managing cultural differences when they arise during dispute resolution. The course challenges practitioners to expand the repertoire of strategies they possess regardless of the culture in which they find themselves working. Contact the LEADR NZ office to discuss an in-house workshop, tailored to your organisation and your issues. |
