  • Experience in or can demonstrate a keen interest in all forms of dispute resolution
  • Able to conduct sound analytical research
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer literacy essential including Excel and databases
  • Enthusiasm and energy with well developed interpersonal skills
  • A tertiary qualification

Thinkwell Ltd  www.thinkwell.co.nz is a  Wellington based consultancy which provides a range of business and management support services across New Zealand.  Thinkwell is presently promoting Professional Supervision services in a number of organisations  nationally as part of an overall wellness and professional performance focus.  This includes providing professional support and supervision to NZ lawyers through  the NZ Law Society.
