- Experience in or can demonstrate a keen interest in all forms of dispute resolution
- Able to conduct sound analytical research
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good computer literacy essential including Excel and databases
- Enthusiasm and energy with well developed interpersonal skills
- A tertiary qualification

Thinkwell Ltd www.thinkwell.co.nz is a Wellington based consultancy which provides a range of business and management support services across New Zealand. Thinkwell is presently promoting Professional Supervision services in a number of organisations nationally as part of an overall wellness and professional performance focus. This includes providing professional support and supervision to NZ lawyers through the NZ Law Society.
Thinkwell is interested to hear from LEADR members who have an interest/ experience and qualifications in providing professional support and who are interested in undertaking consultancy work as independent contractors through Thinkwell.
